How to rent

 ORDERING

1. Select the products which you would like to rent from us.

2. Prices are indicated for 3 days, 7 day,s or 14 days. Contact us for a personalized quote fitting your precise needs/special offers/longer-term rental.

3. Fill in your details on the reservation forms that follow.

4. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

5. It is that easy. 

DELIVERIES

• Bookings must be made 72 hours in advance of requirements.
• For urgent deliveries, please call us. We might be able to offer you express delivery, but you can be charged extra. 

• Delivery or Pick-up is at your discretion. Have your rental delivered to the location of your choice (airport, hotel, home, business...).

• Airport
  • Delivery is possible only between 8:00 and 20:00. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your actual travel arrangements.
  • With the exception of full-size cribs, items can be delivered to you directly at the same time you are picking up your rental vehicle or exiting the baggage claim area. All you need to do is provide your flight and car rental information on your reservation form and an estimated arrival and departure time. If you are not renting a vehicle and need service to your baggage claim area or cell phone lot please specify that in the “Enter note for vendor” section in check out form. 
• Hotel 
  • Delivery is possible only between 8:00 and 20:00. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your actual travel arrangements.
  • If you are renting a full-size crib at a hotel in most cases it will be set up in your room prior to your arrival. Please let the hotel know you have a delivery coming and we will arrange the details with them. 
• Baby Store Prague 5
  • Delivery is possible only between 10:00 and 18:30. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your actual travel arrangements.
• Individual
  
  • We can deliver equipment to a different locations. Let us know in advance and specify the pickup address in the appropriate section of your reservation form.  An extra fee may apply.

EQUIPMENT

• Installation/assembly of the items is the sole responsibility of the renting party.

• Please consider the images as examples (models and colors may vary according to availability)
